Auto Racing: rear end, sarasota florida, domestic cars

I have a 68 cutlass, and I would like to know if a rear from a 70-72 monte carlo would bolt right in with no modifications.Thanks

Hey Bill:

You're going to have to do some measuring of the car and the rear end you would like to use.  First off the Monte is a bigger car than the Cutlass, ans as such, I doubt that the rear end is the same unit.

As to what will fit what, when it comes to domestic cars I'm at a loss.  My entire career has been spent with British and Japanese cars.
