Auto Racing: over steering and aerodynamic force, rear tyres, aerodynamic force

What does over-steering means? Is every road car is use aerodynamic force, cars like toyato corola, other saloon cars etc?

Any "wedge" shaped car has some aerodynamic force, but for road cars, this is low and in any case, the cars usually do not get up to the cornering speeds at which this would be a benefit anyway.

Oversteer is characterised by a light rear end relative to the front, so that as the car for example turns into a right corner, the rear of the car swings round to the left potentially pitching the car into a spin. The causes can include too much front end downforce, not enough rear end downforce, worn or bad rear tyres or relatively better front tyres.
