Pontiac Repair: Lights, turn signal switch, pontiac sunfire

I have a 96 Pontiac Sunfire. The lights on my dashboard are out as well as my rear light my top brake light is working but none of the others are. The fuse is blown but as soon as I replace it with a new one it goes out immediately. What do you suggest I do...Im clueless...

Basically you have a dead short. Without knowing which fuse is blowing its hard to determine which circuit is involved. Has anything been added recently, like a radio? Most of the problems I have seen with this vehicle concerning exterior lighting have been a faulty multifunction (turn signal) switch. But I don't recall any dead shorts,
