Was the person/persons acknowledged for suggesting the name
"Digger"?

Answer
To be honest with you I know nothing about who thought up naming the ground cam mascot Digger. I think it was probably something corny someone came up with after realizing that the cameras were so low to the ground. Wish I could help, but I don't know.
