NASCAR Racing: NASCAR trading cards, nascar trading cards, pile of money

Question
I was recently cleaning out my storage unit and came across about 100 trading cards.  Looks like the dates are from 1991-1992 and are either Traks or Pro Set.  Are these cards worth anything??  I found several Dale Earnhardt along with alot of old name drivers.  I am afraid to take them anywhere because if they are worth something I may get ripped off.  So someone else can make a buck.  Please be honest.
Thanks

Answer
I am by no means an expert on trading cards (or diecast cars at that). As I tell everyone that writes and asks about collectibles, the best way to see what something is worth is to look for it on ebay and see what it sells for on there. That's as honest as I can be. Most people find that what they think is worth a pile of money, doesn't even sell or sells pretty cheaply on ebay. A collectible is only worth what someone else will pay for it.
