NASCAR Racing: If drivers have to relieve themselve while driving, monster garage, going to the bathroom

I hope this does not come across as a too silly question but a co-worker was telling all of us at work that for the 500 mile race, the driver has a catheter inserted so he can relieve himself if needed. I find this hard to believe. She said she heard this on "Monster Garage". Could you please answer this?

Ask your friend if they can manage to go 4 hours without going to the bathroom. Simply said, most all of us can, especially if we are sweating off 6-10 lbs of fluid from the heat in the cockpits.
No, they don't get catheters. Yes they can "hold it" for 4 hours.
