NASCAR Racing: Nascar Race Broadcast, different colors, chase

Hi,
During the broadcast of the Nascar race when they inform you of the present position of the drivers going across the top of the screen, it shows the Present Position and then the car #, but shows different colors, some red, some blue, etc.  Do you know what those colors signify?

Before the Chase began:
Gold: Clinched a spot in the Chase
Red: Currently out of the Chase
Green: Currently in the Chase
Blue: Regular driver, eliminated from the Chase

During the Chase:
Gold: Chase driver
Blue: Non-Chase driver
