BMW Repair: step by step instructions jump starting car, chassis grounds, car james

I have two BMWs  530i & 525i, because of trying to do various repairs on 525i, battery ran down.  I need step by step instructions on jump starting the 525i where the battery is too low to start the car

James, pretty simple. Red jumper clamps on positive under hood jumper posts. Black negative clamps on the ground posts or good chassis grounds. Start live car and turn on all possible loads. Let run for a little bit and then start the dead car. It is better to charge the battery of the dead car than jump start it.
