BMW Repair: 2000 740iL - door lock; intermittent ABS warning light, 3 dots, warning light

1. Passenger door lock jam - button goes up but does not disengage; no way to open passenger door.

2. Intermittent ABS warning light, sometimes on, sometimes not

3. Dots in odometer read outs missing

Steve, see if you can remove the inner door handle and pull on the cable behind the handle. If that doesn't work then you need to get the door panel off. ABS warning light could be a coupe of things, but most commonly it is a faulty DSC module. The Dots in the odometer can't be fixed the cluster has to be replaced as a unit. It is very expensive so I suggest calling BMW customer relations and see if they can help you with the cost of the Cluster.
