BMW Repair: about my BMW 325xi, bmw 325xi, seat belt sign

BMW 2002 325xi
my signal lights go on but it won't say that its on on my dash board and seat
belt sign is always on and the ac is not working..
can you help me?
and it recently rained really bad

Jin, turn signals in the cluster not working is usually a faulty cluster (expensive and must be dealer coded). Seat belt warning could be a defective buckle switch or passenger seat occupancy sensor. As far as the A/C not working have the A/C final stage resistor checked for the updated style (please see other posts about E46 final stage). I would have these problems diagnosed as you have three electrical issues.
