BMW Repair: 1992 750iL electric seats and head light washer, windshield washer, window shade

I have a few more questions about my car.  The passenger side rear seat is powered but does not work along with the head rest.  Is there a simple fix to that.  Also the washer for the head light does not work.  I turned the lights on and tried to spray them but I hear nothing and nothing comes out.  Is it just a bad pump maybe?
The rear window shade is just laying in the back window.  It is not a power shade.  Is it supposed to be wound up on something?

Hello Les,
Regarding your  rear seat, check the fuse first.
Regarding your headlight washer, if the windshield washer works, then the pump works since there is only one pump.
If the windshield washer works but the headlight washer does not, then either the hose going to the nozzle is bad or the nozzle itself is bad.
The rear window shade(if it is not the powered type is supposed to be hooked up) and when not used should retract
into its base.
I have not really replaced one of this, so check how the curtain fits into the shelf/cover.
