BMW Repair: Car dies after hot, bmw e46, 320i bmw

I have a 1999 320i BMW E46. After start the car I can run one hour without
problems but after stop the car for a few minutes the restart is hard and the
car looses power in low rotations (above 1500) and die easily when I stop. This
problem do not happen in short runs (above 10 miles) I think this problem
happens when the engine it's hot. Thanks

John, we don't have the 320i in the states, so I don't know what to tell you. What does low rotations (above 1500) mean, I am confused. Do you mean below 1500RPM? I would remove the idle valve and clean it with solvent. If the engine won't restart when hot then tap on the idle valve with a hammer or other metal object. And see if it restarts immediately.
