Pavel, do you have voltage at the jumper post? What is it? Do you have dash lights? Did you try jump starting it?
-Evan

Evan, where is the jumper post? Yes i have dash lights, yes i have tried jump starting it and nothing.
Thanks Pavel

Answer -
Pavel, should be in the passenger corner toward the firewall. I want to know if you have Voltage on the large starter cable (the jumper post is connected). What is battery voltage?
-Evan

Question -
Evan, found it, the voltage is 14.2, battery voltage 14.2.
-Pavel.

Answer
Pavel, a 12 volt battery has 14.2 volts without the alternator charging?!?!? It is a 12 volt battery right? Do you get a starter solenoid 'Click' when you crank the engine? Are you in Park or Neutral (Auto trans) Or Clutch pedal depressed (Manual trans). If you have good battery voltage (12.45 to 12.66 volts) and no 'click' then try a different vehicle master key.
