BMW Repair: 735i 1991 BMW, service intervals, maintence

I have a close personal friend who has this car for sale (8K) and has kept excellent care of it while he has had it for the last 6 years or so. It has aprox. 120,000 miles. What has been your experience with what tends to break down at this point?

It all depends on what regular maintence has been done.  If all the service intervals were attended to than the car could easly have another 120k on it before any major problems, it's all about the previous owner....not miles when you are dealing with a BMW (within limits).
I don't know of any issues in particular that you should be worried about.
