BMW Repair: Blower fan speed control problem, fan speed control, blower fan

Question
I have 328i 2000. lately, blower will start real low till engin temp. reaches to middle and then blower fan will go full speed even though fan speed display shows only half way. Then onec a while it will slow down momentarily and then go on at full speed again. it happens in fan, heater or A/C mode. it is just annoying as it is so loud that I can't enjoy my stereo.

The fan on this car is computer controlled and must be diagnosed by pulling the codes, chances are the car will tell you whats wrong, other than that I would suspect a bad ground or connection.  With the proper diagnostic code reader you can get live readings from the car on what it's doing.
