have you ever had a tune up? I would have the coolant flush, and demand it be flushed not drained and filled. Have your differentials drained and filled. Have your transmission filter changed, and your torque converter flushed. This is usually done with 16 quarts.

At points in my life I have worked for "Lube Shops". The last time I did, the typical thing to do is drain and fill (which you can do at home), and charge you a very unreasonable amount of money for this. Jiffy Lube here in Oklahoma City is notorious for these business practices.

I have resigned employment for this reason. I refuse to rip consumers off for the sake of a buck, and for this I lost my shop, go figure. Ask for:

Transmission--fluid, filter and pan gasket.
Torque converter--flushed
Differentials--Drain and fill.
Radiator--flushed. Installation of flush T is required and is visible under the hood after service. Look for the flush T in the heater core hoses. Passenger side of the motor.

Additionally, I would have my tires rotated.
