GMC Repair: 2006 Envoy rear AC line leak, line leak, hose line

I understand there is a "patch" kit from GM for this line. Are you familiar with it? What is your experience with this problem, or suggestions?

I would absolutely NOT patch an A/C hose or line. I would replace the hose/line. There is a stop leak, but I would not use this. Reason being there is an orphace  in the a/c system. It is not good for the compressor either. after you replace the line you will need to pull a vacuum to ensure there are no leaks. This should be done by a mechanic.
