GMC Repair: 1999 gmc does not start when cold., fuel pressure gauge, fule pump

my denali doesn't start when it's cold.i have to spray it with starting fluid.i hear fuel pump,changed relay,changed fuel filter,pressure regulator,new cap and rotor except for wires and plugs.after running it for a while,and i turn it off it might start again.can you help.thanx!

It really sounds to me like your fuel pump is your fault.
If you can start it everytime with some help, that is almost surely what it is.
Best advice would be to hook a fuel pressure gauge on the test port, and it should be between 60-66psi.
If ANY lower than 60, the fule pump is bad, and it WILL not start.
