GMC Repair: Fuse Panel, gmc suburban, interior lamps

Question
I have a 1989 GMC Suburban and interior lights, horn and  lighter do not work but everything else work as far as the radio,A/C, etc. I have check all the fuses and none of them are blown. Is there other place(fuse box)where  I should be trying to look or what could be causing this to happen?

Answer
Hi
My 89 manual does not list anything about a lighter.
I can only ASSUME that it is fed by the same 12v circuit that feeds the horn relay and light switch.
If you check for power on the orange wire at the headlamp switch (for the interior lamps) and the orange wire at the Horn relay they should be hot.
If not I would suspect an open circuit somewheres in that orange wire.
Please follow post back if I can help anymore.
Good Luck
