GMC Repair: GMC, personal scanners, auto parts stores

QUESTION: Hey,

I am having GMC Envoy SLE year 2002 engine 4.6 acutely the car start giving me a headache every week different problem anyway week ago problem start when I push the car to speed up the engine start to cut off like high RMP than law high and low, but now when I push it goes low RPM and turn off sometime hear like a bombs sound inside the engine. Please note that there is no professional in my country to have a scan test etc,,,

QUESTION: yes,

There is Check Engine, and after short time another light it looks like check enegine with an arrow (think it is Reduced Engine Power)

As much as I hate to tell you, I really think the truck will need to get scanned to be properly diagnosed.
The codes will be stored. I do not know your situation, but ANY repair shop and or MOST auto parts stores have the capiability to scan the computer and get codes.
They also sell personal Scanners that you too could use and hook to vehicle and get codes.
I am sorry to not be of any more help.
