GMC Repair: A/C, gmc suburban, blow air

Question
I own a 99 gmc suburban 4x4 1500 series with the duel a/c. The rear a/c blows just fine and is nice and cold but the front a/c isn't cold at all and doesn't blow air very well. I will also add that I can see refrigerant on top of my valve cover by the rear of the compressor. Thanks for your help,

The compressor works both front and rear systems, so if the rear is working properly, then the front should as well. I have a 98 Tahoe, and it did something like this and I hate to admit it but I found a Wal-Mart bag blocking my blower motor intake screen. You might want to check that. Also, see if it switches from heat to cold at all, if not then you may have a bad actuator.
