GMC Repair: 1992 GMC Safari Van no fuel?, fuel pump relay, gmc safari

Question
We have replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump, but still no gas is getting to the carberator? Any ideas on what this could be? Please let me know.

Check the fuel pump fuse and also the fuel pump relay,there is also a fuel pump prime connector located at the right side of the engine compartment near the fuel pump relay,it breaks out of the harness and has a green connector that is open,if you jumper that connector to battery positive it bypasses the relay and you can check if the pump is turning on,let me know.
