GMC Repair: fuses, electrical schematics, cigarette lighter

Question
have a satellite radio now and now the accessory plug and cigarette lighter stopped working.  checked all fuses, they're good. someone mentioned relay fuse.  i'm lost.  2001 malibu with 50,000 miles.

I have NEVER heard of a RELAY FUSE. WHO installed the radio ?. There are more DISASTERS and MISTAKES made when someone tries to replace a factory radio with something else and do NOT have the EXACT electrical schematics and are NOT POSITIVE as to the proper method of installation.

You NEVER EVER use a TEST LIGHT on computerized vehicles or install something unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing as you ca destroy numerous electronic components within the vehicle. It only takes one sligh mistake.

Physically recheck your fuses using a DIGITAL MULTI-METER and do NOT use a TEST LIGHT.
