'93 Seville, starter switch operates, starter solenoid seems erratic ... what now?

Answer
Remove the starter from the vehicle and take it into any larger auto parts store such as autozone and they will test it for free.

If there is a starter problem, Buy a new starter and replace the battery feed cable to the starter while your there.

NOTE: Take the starter cable with you so they can get you the correct one.
