GMC Repair: 2000 gmc 1500, gmc 1500, fuel pump

Pete,
I need to change my fuel pump on the above truck.  Is it better to drop the tank or raise the bed?  How hard is both?

hello a 2000 should not be to hard to raise the bed if a lot of rust then i would drop the tank . it would be a lot eaiser to rais the bed no gas lines to deal with just loo at the under cargee and thire sould be 10 bolts on the box and het a jack to raise it just one side pete
