Alfa Romeo Repair: car will not start, alfa romeo spyder, fuel pump relay

Question
Hello,
I have a 1990 alfa romeo spyder graduate 40000 miles, the car has been excellent, but since I have been travelling for work I have not driven the car much. A family member has been starting the car once or twice a month and letting it run for about a half an hour, recently the car was not started for about two month because of heavy rain.  The car turns over and cranks but it does not start as if it is not getting fuel,  I changed the battery that did not help.  Could it be fuel pump relay or fuse, or the fuel pump itself.  Your advice will be helpfull thanks stan

Answer
If you are not using the vehicle, disconnect the negative lead from the battery and connect a battery tender to the battery.

It probably has fouled spark plugs and/or bad fuel.  After cranking for a bit take out a plug and see if it is wet or fouled.  Then we go from there.

And another thing. Just before laying it up change the oil.
