Question - Sorry I got the year wrong. It is a 75 spider. It is mechanical gas fuel injection.

I have tested the electrical pump side and it has 4.5 lbs of pressure going in to the injection pump. Now on the outlet side of the injection pump there is only a small trickle coming out less volume and pressure then even the electric pusher pump. Also it barly idles on two cylinders from i believe lack of fuel. I read in a manuel that there should be 500psi coming out of the pump. If you beleive the injection pump is bad do you know where i would be able to purchase a new or rebuilt one. Thanks in advance.

I am in the usa so I am not knowledgeable about model nomenclature in other countries.  However, this is obviously a diesel engine. So:  Your transfer pump is faulty, running with a fautly transfer pump will make the injection pump go bad.  Perhaps it is not too late to just change the transfer pump.
Almost any after market pump for diesel fuel will do.

Answer
You should contact either www.brucespartsbin.com or www.international-auto.com.

The unit is rebuildable. In either case (rebuild or purchase other) setting it up is for an experienced alfa mechanic as the SPICA system confounds many.

Two alternatives for the long haul:  switch to the Bosch electronic system or convert to dual sidedraft webers (both bruce and international have the carb kit).

(If you are in Calif there is also Dave's in Berkeley).
