Question
QUESTION: i have a 65 marlin with a disc brake conversion on it and the calibers are draging they are from a 82concord do these style calipers have the o ring thats suposed to pull the shoe back they are older calipers and the oring may be dry roted but i dont have any leaks just draging brakes they heated my rim hot enough to make my center section pop of thanxs jeff

ANSWER: It is possible you have a problem with the master cylinder or the push rod adjustment between the master cylinder and booster. It might be adjusted too far out causing the brakes to drag.
Also, I hope you used the master cylinder for disc brakes because a drum brake master cylinder will have a residual check valve that keeps some pressure in the line.

QUESTION: what mastercylinder do i use for that car do you have apart number or know what vehicale is the same thanxs jeff

Answer
I don't have a part number for your paticular application, but it you get a master cylinder for an AMC with disc brakes that will bolt up to your booster, that should work. Do you have the one from the 82 Concord? That may work if it will bolt up to your booster. Check the routing of the brake lines, also. Make sure the line going to the front brakes is in the proper side of the master cylinder.
