Audio Systems: CD Player Ford Explorer 2004, ford cd6, ford indash cd changer

Today I disconnected the ground terminal (black) of my battery, after that, my CD player does not work. Display a message NO CD on it. there are 5 CD in it. What can I do?

After you remove the power any any ford vehicle the indash cd changer don't know what to do because there is no power, when you power the radio again there is no memory and nothing to tell the radio that you still have discs inside,so it moves to initializing mode and starts to move the head don't, because there are disc inside it will get stuck there is no reset
the Ford cd6 radio needs to be repair or you can just replace the top part of the radio, the CD changer
