Audio Systems: RB1 issue, chrysler product, google

Hi, I just replaced my battery and now I can only access my folder where my addresses are but I can not select them.  How did you correct this?  I tried removing my battery for a half hour with now success!  Thanks, Brian.

What kind of vehicle do you have?   We need more symptoms or system description to give a wild guess.

Check your connectors and grounds is always good advice.
