QuestionQUESTION: Can you please tell me what ohm this Mark Levinson subwoofer is in my 2002 Lexus ES300? I am seeing different posts stating 2 ohm, 12 ohm... I want to replace it with another sub. Any suggestions?

ANSWER: It depends on the amplifier, but i only replace them with
1.5 and 2.0 ohms , they are almost the same not a big diference

QUESTION: Thanks for your quick response, but I am still confused, since Lexus is telling me its a 12ohm sub. I have the Mark Levinson with Nav system in my 2002 ES300. So would a 2ohm work as well as a 12ohm? Or would I take a chance on ruining my amp if I use the wrong ohm?

the service manual shows to replace the woofer with one with the corrects ohms ( 1 - 2 ) that is not 12 ???????
any woofer from 1 ohm to 2 ohms will work just fine
