Audio Systems: audio system radio, external amplifier, intelligent reply

I have a radio on a ford focus 2003 blaupunk, everything works and I follow the instruccions on the manual, but is no way that audio system if totally deaft or mute...I have check all the features to be sure everything is on and I thougth I had listen the radio but it was for a couple seconds and went out of sound...so if you could give another hint to make it work. because every feature comes up well on display but no music plays.. thank you for your help...

I will need to know more about the audio system in your car to give a very intelligent reply. However, I suspect there is an external amplifier somewhere in the car - such as in the trunk area - that has failed.  The head unit in the dash of your car may be  working perfectly but if the audio amplifier is dead there is now sound getting to the speakers.  The amp may have gone into protection; it may need a new fuse; it may need a better ground, etc. There could be a shorted speaker wire or speaker somewhere that is causing the amplifier to go into arrest.
