Audio Systems: Honda radio wont turn on, radio unit, power amp

Well i got a cassette player and i hooked up to the stereo the cassette player and
when i left for school and i came back and the radio would not turn on so i took
it out and put back together and it gave me a code i put the code in and the
radio just shut off and would not turn back on...???

The code will not take hold unless the radio unit is reset. To do this you must leave power off/disconnected for at least 30 minutes. Then, try it again.  Also, you must enter the code exactly correctly.  Follow the instructions in the owners manual. If you don't have the manual you can usually download it from the manufacturers web pages.

Check, also, that the external power amp is not the problem.  It may go into protection if the speakers or wiring are not correct.
