Audio Systems: 2002 sable kenwood cd changer, kenwood cd, meter check

hello i have a kenwood 10 disc cd changer that came with the car when i baught it but the message NO DJ keeps appearing on the screen when i press the cd button do you know how to solve this problem?

Answer
No DJ means that the radio can not see the cd changer
pull the carpet on the left side of the trunk and follow all the cables
if you have a meter check for power on the grey /purple and black/green wires

if all this ok the cd changer is defective
