Audio Systems: My Amp., inline fuse, regulator ic

Question
I was taking a wire from my subs to my +12 wire because my sub has a light that lights up and says connect to +12 but while i was taking out the +12 batter wire it barely touched my ground wire causing it to spark. now my amp will not turn on at all?

Answer
This is why you always disconnect the negative battery terminal before you work on these.
If I understand your question correctly, I would be looking for an inline fuse on that 12 volt wire which has blown. If there is no fuse for the 12 volt lead, the amplifier may now have a blown voltage regulator IC. The cure for repairing the IC will require $$, parts and a tech.
