Audio Systems: Installing CD player in 1996 Acura 2.5TL, player radio, new radio

I just got a new CD player/radio (Phase Linear model # UMP401) for my 1996 Acura 2.5TL, and I am trying to connect the wiring of my car to the wiring of my new radio.  The problem is that the colors of the two wiring systems don't match up.  The instruction booklet tells me what the colors on my radio stand for, but I need to know what color wires to match them up to on my car.  Do you know what color wires stand for what on my 1996 Acura 2.5TL?

What you need is a wiring harness or adapter for your specific vehicle.

Also, the above site shows wiring color codes that may be the same as your car.  I think all 06's for the same.

You can purchase wiring harness adapters at www.crutchfield.com and www.installer.com or other such places.  These allow you to match the wires of your car to the wiring of your new radio - with a plug that is easy for disconnect if you need to remove the radio later on.

The wire harnesses cost $10 to $20 and are well worth it.
