Audio Systems: 2 subs and a amp, wiring harnesses, channel amp

hi, Q1. i was wondering if u could help me out? i hav 2 10inch subs(2000w) and a 4 channel amp(3200w) is it possible if u could tell me how to connect them 2 a deck? Q2. could u tell me  wat wires i need to buy or if they come in a kit? Q3.on my subwoofers i hav neons and they are connected to a cigarete liter switch every time i turn them on for a min or 2 the fuse burn could u tell me the solution should i just put a thiker fuse in? and if u could do me a big favor by sending me a diagram 2 show how 2 connect them up 2gether ..  could u plz reply as soon as possible. thanx mate.

Q1:  I must know the make/model of the equipment and the vehicle to give you an exact answer.  But, if you go to places like www.installer.com you can find the necessary kits and wiring harnesses for your products doing your own search out.

Q2:  See above.  Go to installer.com

Q3:  I think you are wired up wrong.  If you are running the amp and the neons off the cig lighter it is overloading it.  The neons can run from the lighter ok, but the subs must have a big fat wire going directly back to the battery because they draw a ton of current; especially when they are running at full blast.
