Audio Systems: CD player...Infinity G35, cd radio, cd format

Hi,
I just bought a 2003 G35 with a Bose audio system. The cd player has an error code which reads CD ERROR F0. Can you tell me what that means as I am not able to use the cd player.

radio can not understand the cd format or bad cd
the problem is not the cd,the problem is the cd player can not read the disc because the laser is bad or the speed of the disc is wrong making it impossible for the laser to understand the cd
radio needs to be service
