Audio Systems: CDs wont eject., t grip, pinch roller

Question
I have a 2006 Winnebago motorhome with an in-dash Magnadyne M9900CDS stero.  The pinch roller that inserts and ejects the discs has apparently become contaminated and doesn't grip the disc well enough to eject. Instead, the botton of the disc gets fine scratches in it while attempting to eject.  Is there a good way to clean this roller without removing and disassembling it?  I don't have the sheet that shows removal.  Thanks, Bruce.

it can not be cleaned it is damage  this roller will absorb any liquid fluid and it is history
it will be best to replace with a new one they are under $10.00
