I just recently replaced my battery in my 1998 Dodge Intrepid, since then I have a Buzzing sound coming from my speakers.  I changed out the radio and speakers, the sound is still there

Answer
I have no idea why you would go to all of that trouble (since the only thing you touched prior to the noise starting was the battery and its' terminals).
You probably just have a bad ground connection at the battery.
An inline noise reducer will not get rid of it all, but may get rid of enough of it to be able to listen to it (that is, if the grounds are secure and clean and it still does it).
