Audio Systems: 2001 dodge stratus, fuse boxes, 2001 dodge stratus

Hi my question is how do I get the stereo in a 2001 dodge stratus working. My stereo was working fine, my husband changed the timing belt, and when he hooked up the battery and started the car the stereo would not come on. The equalizer lights on the face come on go dime then off. I took it to dodge to see if it had some sort of theft device they said no.  I would appreciate any and all advice to fix it.

Most likely the memory fuse is blown. Check all fuse in both fuse boxes, in the cab and under the hood. The next most likely cause is the car was boosted due to a dead battery, and fried the radio. It happens, sometimes even if you are careful. Cheapest to just have an after market CD player installed if this is the case.
