Audio Systems: What amp is suitable for my subs?, alpine amp, subwoofer system

I just recently bought a Polkaudio DB212-2 Dual 12" subwoofer system and im looking for an amp that would be suitable to power it. Im not looking for a ridiculous amount of bang but something decent. I have an Alpine MRP-M450 amp. Is that enough?

looks like a great prefab sub! it's rated for 720W RMS at 2 ohms mono.
The MRP-M450 is rated for 400x1 at 2 ohms so it's not a bad match. you could go with more power but you can feel free to hook up the alpine amp now and see how it goes.  Just avoid clipping (listen for distortion) and you'll be fine.
If you like the alpine amp, the M650 would be a little more powerful.  if you want to push them to their max.  this amp:
