Audio Systems: 96 Jeep Cheroeke, wiring radio?, posative, toggle switches

Question
I am installing a radio in a 96 Jeep,I have the manuals on the wiring connection, after I hooked the radio up... nothing. My initial reaction was to go check the fuse. When I looked under the dash I was in awe. The previous owner must have done something to the wiring, because there are many sets of wires hanging all over, toggle switches everywhere and I do not have the manual for the Jeep, I wouldn't even know where the fuse for the radio would be. I've installed a few radios in my time but I'm dumbfounded on this one, could you help?

Answer
we can simply run new wires, you only need 3 for power,

1. the ground just attaches to the body

2. the yellow (usually yellow) goes right to the posative on the battery

3. the red is a switched posative that is only on with the key and usually you can splice the cig lighter for this.

Get a meter if you dont have one, it will help tremendously in finding what you need.
