Audio Systems: 01 camaro 12 disc cd changer, inserter, disc cd

I HAVE A 2001 CAMARO WITH A FACTORY DELCO 12 DISC CD CHANGER THAT IS REAR MOUNTED I CHANGED THE CDS IN THE MAGAZINE AND REINSERTED AND THE CDS WILL NOT LOAD OR UNLOAD WHEN I CLOSE OR OPEN THE DOOR TO THE INSERTER ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM OE AT LEAST GET THE MAGAZINE OUT?

Answer
First thought is that power has been interrupted.  Check for open fuse and broken wiring to the changer unit.

Also, head unit must be ON to give power to the changer unit; so make sure of that when loading the changer.
