Audio Systems: How to find a part, bose radio, balance issues

I've been trying to locate the off/on/volume swith for a bose radio for an infiniti I30  CN 423.. do you have any idea of where to look. the dealership is not helpful at all and I can't order the part through them or from Bose..Thanks..Dave

The deck was made by Clarion. Maybe they may have an answer.
Whenever I find myself in this predicament I google for it, the results are usually very good.

Why does it need replacing? - I have come across sets like this with wierd and wonderful volume and balance issues all caused by dry joints.
