Audio Systems: Alpine cd recevier, alpine cd, tension springs

Question
A CD got jam in the player and I had to take the top off to push it out. Once I got it open I notice three springs were out. I think two of them go to the the receive the disk in (when you push it in and it pulls it in and locks it down). Now the disk goes in, but wont' come out. Tried the reset and everything. Disk is stuck. Assuming the springs have to activate on something and move the player to release the disk and push it out. IT is an apline player.
Is there a way I can find out where these springs went before taking it to someone?

Thanks in advance

Answer
An idea as to what Alpine player you have might help or indeed are you talking about a cd changer or a head unit?
Are you referring to compression springs or tension springs (with hooks on).
Have you just connected the springs to the most likely place or do you think they are correctly located?
I need to know please,
Peter
