Audio Systems: 1996 Ply. voyage radio replacement, dodge carvan, factory radios

Will a 1996 Dodge Carvan cassettte radio listed as part #
P04704354 ---s/n  T35AA 279 5 D4027 work as replacement
for my factory one that has  apparently a broken  eject spring
stuck in the in position ( as button floats as being not connected
to anything.) Will I need different wiring to replace with this one
or can I simply unplug and replug wiiring? Could it be possiable
that if able to get broken spring pulledd out that rest of radio
would work again?

I'm not familier with the Dodge. but I would reccomend an adaptor loom from your local audio shop as all radios today come with a DIN connector so a Dodge to din lead is what you need, then you can stuff ANY standard stereo, CD, sat nav, MP3, etc in the slot, you can also get double DIN to single DIN slot conversions if your car has one of those big square factory radios.
