Audio Systems: Antenna Replacement, plymouth neon, antenna base

Question
The antenna on my 1996 Plymouth Neon snapped off.  How would I replace the antenna?  I pulled the old one out, but how would I thread the new one to the outside front fender?

Installation is the reverse of removal...ha ha ha...sorry had to get that one out.
The replacement antenna base has to be held up inside the fender while threading the reatining nut on top of the fender.
Yes this job sucks, and sometimes requires the removal of the inner fender. You can also thread the mast onto the base, to hold the base up in the hole, while threading the retaining nut over the whole thing.
