Audio Systems: cd player does not play cd, kia rio ls, kia rio

Hi jerry, My kia rio Ls factory radio swallows a cd fine, but the display shows track 1. 00.00 and does not play the cd. it ejects fine too. tried different cds, same result. help!

It sounds like a laser problem :(

If you cannot locate a reset button on it, it is time to go spend about $100.00 on a new one. Check out a few Circuit City.
