Audio Systems: New Sound System, car stereo systems, sony xplod

I have just bought a 1991 Camaro.  I do not know much about car stereo systems.  I am looking for an extremely loud stereo system with a whole lot of bass.  Can you recommend a list of products for my entire stereo system, i.e. everything I will need and their sizes.  I want a lot of subs and also tell me which sizes will have the best quality.  Please keep all of this within the Sony Xplod brand.  Thank you.

My specialty is system analysis and design, but for a  'ground up' hi-end design that would have long life, I would not go with ANY 'one' brand name (sony included).
